1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • In-stock items will be shipped
    within 2-4 business days.
  • Pre-order or special order items will have the estimated availability and/or shipping date mentioned on the product page.
  • Alaska, Hawaii,and US Territories: Customers may be contacted after an order is placed to inform them of potential changes in shipping charges. There is no free shipping for these orders. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on our website or via email. Most orders exceeding $100 (USD) are eligible for free shipping, all other orders will incur a shipping fee. Applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Items: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damage along with your order number within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you on a resolution.
