Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy

At KiddosGoodies, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from receipt of purchase. If the product is damaged, customer service may request photos of the item/items.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

                                   Conditions for voluntary returns/exchanges:
    • Items must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition and in their original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition
    • Item must have been purchased directly from our online store and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt.
      Damaged or Defective Items

      If your item arrives damaged or defective:

      • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
      • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number.
      • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
      • 5. Exceptions to Returns and Refunds

        The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

        • Personalized or custom-made products
        • Clearance or final sale items.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

    • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
    • We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • The customer must cover return shipping costs: you may ship the returned products via any method of your choice, or we can generate pre-paid labels for convenience and deduct the $10.95 cost from your refund

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Only product costs will be refunded: original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • Partial Refunds: Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • To cancel your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped.
